We provide FREE delivery and pickup to your accommodation in the following areas: Kilauea, Anahola, Kapaa, Wailua, Lihue.
We deliver/ pickup to all other areas on the island for a small fee.
Delivery Hours are between 9-11am and Pickup between 3pm- 6pm.
Please select multiple days if you would like to keep it for a longer duration during your trip (a battery charger will be provided for this option)
DAMAGE/ LIABILITY WAIVER:
A damage and liability waiver will be emailed to you for completion. In addition, the credit card provided at check out will be held for damage or replacement of product (it will not be charged). See additional details in waiver.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
FULL REFUND for all cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to rental date.
50% REFUND for all cancellations within 48 hours of rental date.
RESCHEDULE- No additional charge to reschedule. Please request at least 48 hours prior to rental date.
